Sandwiches are installations of proteins and vegetables on bread. And some final touch with dressing and seasoning. Every single component contributes creating an infinite number of combinations. What we do in Crust is to compose and render the world's most amazing sandwiches in a passionate way. We bake our own breads from bagels to ciabatta, from marble rye to brioche burger buns respecting the authentic and artisan methods in every stage of fermentation, resting, proving, shaping and baking. Roasting, slow cooking meat for hot sandwiches are made in Crust. We use home made dressings produced without any additives. We ferment our own sauerkraut for Reuben in the traditional way. The rest is choosing the best ingredients. This is where we create the difference. And the difference is huge. Just try it!
